OUR MISSION

Arizona faces a severe shortage of housing, especially in desirable and growing job centers like Tempe. This shortage is caused in large part by restrictive policies, which have created high rents and increased sprawl into previously untouched desert.

It’s crucial that we build more housing, build it where people want to live, and build more affordable options that are currently heavily restricted by exclusionary zoning codes.

We support legalizing housing to bring down rents, increase walkability, and build a sustainable future for all.

TEMPE YIMBY HAPPY HOUR

We’ll be holding our happy hour at Boulder’s on Broadway. All are welcome to attend!

Saturday, March 2nd – 10 AM
We’ll meet at Mitchell Park before speaking to our neighbors about the importance of voting YES on Prop 478. Email us if interested in attending.
